By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities in relation to your interactions with JAM Cleaning.
Terms of Service:
1. Service Agreement:
Upon engaging our services, you will receive a service agreement document outlining the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and any specific conditions applicable to the provided services. This agreement must be carefully reviewed, signed, and returned to us prior to the commencement of any work. Our team is available to clarify any details should you have questions about your service agreement.
2. Payment Terms:
All invoices are due as specified in the service agreement. We accept various modes of payment for your convenience. However, late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Singaporean law. In the event of unforeseen financial difficulties, we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible to discuss payment arrangements.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, we require notice at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur charges as stipulated in your service agreement.
4. Liability and Insurance:
JAM Cleaning is fully insured and committed to safeguarding your property while delivering our services. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your premises during our cleaning activities; however, liability is limited based on terms outlined in our service contract. In case of an incident, please immediately contact our customer service team so we can promptly address any concerns.
5. Use of Equipment and Materials:
Our team is trained to use eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely. Should you have specific product preferences or restrictions pertaining to your premises, these must be communicated upfront when arranging services.
6. Privacy Policy Compliance:
Your privacy is important to us; all personal data collected during our transactions will be treated with confidentiality as per our privacy policy guidelines.
